During the past 20 years, China has been upgrading its technology and developing its economy aggressively. China in undergoing a building boom, especially in the new cities, such as Shen Zhen and the thousands of economic developing zones (e.g. Shanghai Pudong New Area). The Chinese economy has been improved dramatically. |

Courtesy of photobucket.com All living creatures are living in one biosphere in this planet and know they depend on the famous "Triple of Life" (WAP), that is, water, air and place. The biosphere is the life zone for all living beings on the Earth. This includes all living organisms. We, as human beings, are an integral part of this biosphere zone for living. The environmental medicine is in other term, a biosphere medicine.The environmental medicine (from ancient times until now) depends on a triple term of WAP. What is WAP? It is a biosphere medicine. It is environmental medicine. The researchers in NIEP cannot offer more attention to the importance of WAP's term for promoting of environmental medicine. It is appropriate that NIEP reminds, the environmental medicine is a preventive medicine. It means all humans must learn to prevent the occurance of environmental illnesses by knowing environmental reisk factors. All living beings know WAP (water, air and palce) is essential to existence. NIEP's environmental medicine's agenda for giving attention to NIEP has been supported clinically and scientifically in all countries around the world. This NIEP's agenda for environmental medicine does not need to be published exclusviely to Nature, Science, New Scientist, the New England Journal of Medicine, and especially to environment related journals. NIEP promotes environmental medicine not for attracting the international known journals but also for convincing all people to help for a being educated to environmental illnesses. |

Diba, PhD The scientists in NIEP claim correctly that biomedical science and environmental peace are working hand-in-hand; they claim that these symbiotic cooperation between the biomedical fields and environmental peace is changing at an incredible pace, and that dynamic knowledge for achieving the goals for a better life is increasing exponentially. It means the aim of NIEP for making a difference in the quality of life in this vulnerable world is to keep up and inviting more people as volunteers who are able to realize the importance of their jobs and are capable to analyze how vital is the biomedical aspects and socio-economic dimensions of working for the environmental peace in the globe. If activists and volunteers in the NIEP, at the beginning, don't try to understand the scientific aspect of our projects, especially the biomedical aspect, then they can't deal with the data related to the projects. It's not that easy to know what the environmental peace and its relation with biomeedical sciences is. Many volunteers don't know what it looks like when a new project for reducing stress and its relation with the increasing of LDL (bad cholesterol) is. They don't realize what the environmental stress, diseases and deaths have to do with each other. NIEP strongly emphasizes on biological & socio-economical processes of its projects that could save people's life.But making environmental medicine involves working on many scientific projects. Our researchers in NIEP by applying varying methodologic strategies, including basic science techniques, epidemiologic approaches, as well as quantitative and qualitative methods in the fields of biomedicine and environmental peace give an objective perspective to our projects. Through collaboration with directors in NIEP, volunteers and all activists get the real opportunities for their works. The types of their activities will be arranged by NIEP's authorities.
People who work with NIEP are very keen on accepting more responsibilities in promoting their projects for saving of our planet and achieving of peace. Recognizing the proximity of the People's health and biomedical researches and the critical importance of protecting the environmental peace, NIEP have initiated very important worldwide cooperative projects that have spanned until today. Together with our volunteers and scientists NIEP is able to draft new model agreements that can cover all aspects of the shared environmental, socio-economical, political and biomedical issues, including their impacts in people's life, biopolitical decisions, air quality, nature preservation, war prevention, anti-discriminational legislations, climate situation and food and water supplies. Every volunteer is regarded for NIEP, as a man or as a woman ahead of his or her time. In NIEP, we consider that human behaviour is conditioned by his/her needs. For this reason, we, as members of NIEP, can argue to all those, who want to know our positions that there are fundamental drives and motivations that people in all societies cannot repress them. We truly believe that the drives and motivation of people for helping each other are not limited to one place; these things are universal. By being active in an instititute like NIEP, people would like to have their identity as true humans, they want to devlop themselves by learning more on the issues such as the environmental peace and biomedical subjects. NIEP works worldwide with all people; it responses to the needs of all people, who want to be a memeber of the world's family.
The reality is that it's been extremely less keen from governments on providing the funding to carry out those responsibilities. Scientists in NIEP say that it is really irony in that because governments keeps hauling in the non governmental organizations such as NIEP to explain how and why these organizations are incompetent doing their jobs and making productive projects. Our scientists in NIEP reject these claims of the incompetent politicians, who don't fund the non-profitable organizations like NIEP but are able to attack them. This shows how badly these politicians are educated and how destructive they are. Our International Institute for Environmental Peace (NIEP), considers all aspects of society for making its projects – social justice, sport, environment, health, faith, arts and culture. The members of NIEP would like to find some cooperations not only with over 45,360 nonprofit and voluntary organizations operating in Ontario (2003),but also with those in other provinces of Canada, those in USA, in Europe, in Africa and finally those in Asia.All of us, together can make a difference in the world. With NIEP's involvement in world's projects, it is obvious that its Funding Matters. We, in NIEP, are extremely delighted by the success of our terrific projects in the environmental peace. NIEP, by helping of its researchers and its volunteers will gain the needed knowledge about the fundamental issues on health,on socio-economical problems and possibly identifying new ways for overcoming to its difficulties. |
By: A. Diba, PhD NIEP’s Institute of the Environmental Peace is an active participant in the international peace & science cooperation initiatives. The aim of the projects of this institute is to verify the scientific and technological feasibility of science, socio-economical and political parameters for promotion of life through peace. If the projects of NIEP succeed, the NIEP's initiatives will introduce a new alternative way for making peace. In cooperation with the other research centres around the world, NIEP is developing the new operation system for approaching to peace. The NIEP institute also trains researchers for needs related to achieving peace through knowledge. In NIEP, our members do different jobs, one take responsibility for health, water sanitation and whole spectrum in the environmental issues, one take responsibility for food aid and others take responsibilities for aspects of the relief particularly relevant to their individual objects. Regular planning meetings take place between project managers in the field to ensure that close co-ordination was maintained throughout the emergency relief programme. NIEP's members work for achieving their goals. They work for peace and life through the new knowledge. |

Researchers at the Moores Cancer Center at University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine,found that populations living at or near the equator, where there is abundant sunshine (and ultraviolet B irradiance) have low incidence rates of type 1 diabetes."This is the first study, to our knowledge, to show that higher serum levels of vitamin D are associated with reduced incidence rates of type 1 diabetes worldwide," said Cedric F. Garland, Dr. P.H., professor of Family and Preventive Medicine in the UCSD School of Medicine, and member of the Moores UCSD Cancer Center. "This research suggests that childhood type 1 diabetes may be preventable with a modest intake of vitamin D3 (1000 IU/day) for children, ideally with 5 to 10 minutes of sunlight around noontime, when good weather allows. Infants less than a year old should not be given more than 400 IU per day without consulting a doctor," he added. The SPF indicates how effectively the cream protects you from harmful light. The researchers in NIEP acknowledge all parents who have childeren to be very careful to their own children when they are playing out of doors and attending great summer recreation programs and camps.If we admit that many children are dependent upon their parents to make every important effort. These parents need to know that sun glasses, whatever trade mark, with darkened lenses but no UVA protection will dilate the pupil of their children and therefore they are allowing more harmful UV rays to reach the back of the eye. But these experts emphasize that only small amounts of UV radiation are supposed to be beneficial to our health, and according to the results of scientists can play an essential role in the production of vitamin D. As a project director on health and environment, this is important for me because a number of environmental activists with very strong emphasis on helath issues such as stress, serotonin, diabetes, hypertension and depression, have been associated with unimaginable changes in the functions of the structures in the limbic system of our brains. The biomedical spect of the environmental peace has a broad range. The limbic system of brain is the most important system, which include hypothalamus, hippocampus and amygdala. The hypothamus is a mater organ for many vital functions of our life. The hippocampus is related to our memory and our learning. Our destructive behaviors with our health, environment, peace and life are inseparable from our problems in our brains, especially from our limbic system.
This area of the environmental peace has become known with the noble environmental peace institute (NIEP) activities in Canada and around the world for developing of Health in correlation with a sustainable environmental peace. We, in NIEP, are particularly interested in establishing the destructive effects of policies in education, environment, econmoy, social and ethnicities on function of different parts of the limbic system of our brains and consequently on our behavior and our health. I believe that our goals in NIEP are based on the logic of life and promoting of health. We want to promote the environmental peace through studies on the issues of health. |
